Our conserves are hand-made in small batches using whole fruit cooked in sugar and spices to produce a sweet, flavoursome product with chunks of delicious fruit. All of our conserves are made in small batches to preserve the flavour integrity of our ingredients.

We use local fruit for all of our marmalades. They are hand cut and cooked in small batches. They are perfect if you want something a little less sweet for breakfast.
